a. Managing Time and Attendance Programme.
b. Managing Employee health & safety wellness and Secretary to Safety, Health and Environment Committee
c. Administration of staff Leave and sick offs.
d. Coordinate HR projects , e.g Employee engagement
e. Manage Employee grievance and disciplinary issues.
f. Monthly & Weekly reports , e.g. man hours , time & attendance
g. Attending Industrial Court cases.
h. Participate in CBA negotiations for Unionisable staff.
i. Managing & maintaining staff records
j. Communication link between head office and other company sites.
k. Coordinate site internship programme and liaising with NITA
l. Coordinate staff scheduled meetings on weekly/monthly and yearly basis.
m. Participate in conciliation meetings at Ministry of Labour.
n. Conducting reference checks on newly recruited and potential employees.
o. Liasing with the recognised Union for good industrial relations.
p. Investigating and writing a written report on theft by employees, injuries to employees during working hours any other related issues regarding employees.
q. Perform any other assigned human resource tasks.
